Mr. K. Pedersen.
Mr. Knud Pedersen, a highly respected resident of the Canungra district, died at Pine Creek on November 9. Deceased was born in Denmark 69 years ago, coming to Australia at the age of 19. His first knowledge of Australian conditions was obtained at Tamborine Mountains. He was later associated with the arrowroot industry at Pimpama and the sawmilling industry at Canungra. A selection was then purchased at Pine Creek, where the deceased lived until his death. He is survived by his widow, two daughters, and five sons. A service was held at St. Luke's Church of England, Canungra.
