OBITUARY.
A well-known identity of Maryborough, in the person of Mr. Albert Addison, aged 70 years,
passed away early yesterday morning at his residence, TooIey-street.
Deceased was born at Ardley, England, and came out to Queensland in the year 1879,landing at Maryborough, having resided at Maryborough and district ever since.
He was a carpenter by trade and a member of the Independent Order of Rechabites.
His wife predeceased him five years ago. There was no family. His only relatives are a brother-in-law, Mr. Henry James Taylor, Maryborough and one niece, Mrs. J. L. Heath.
The funeral will take place this morning at 11 o'clock from his late residence, Tooley-street, off Sussex-street.

STATUTORY NOTICE OF CREDITORS.
Re. ALBERT ADDISON, late of Maryborough, in tbe State of Queensland, retired carpenter,deceased.
Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against the Estate of the above named Albert Addison, late of Maryborough in the State of Queensland, deceased, who died on or about the twentieth day of March, 1930 A.D., at Maryborough, in the said State, are hereby required to send their claims to the Public Carater, Brisbane, on or before the seventeenth day,of June, 1930.
And that after the expiration of the late- mentioned date the Public Carator will proceed to distribute the assets of the said,deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice.
