Owen Maurice Williams and Mary Ellen William's, milk vendors of Samford, made a claim for £70 against Mrs Annie Louise Davis, milk vendor, of the corner of Thynne and Lytton Roads, Morningside, alleging that the money was due in respect of the sale of two milk runs.
The case was heard in the Magistrate's Court, before Mr. W. E. H. Ferguson, Police Magistrate. Mr. B. H. Matthews (instructed by Messrs. E. E. Quinlan and Miller) appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. L. Brown (Instructed by Messrs. Leonard Power and Power) for the defendant.
The action was adjourned until December 23.

JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFFS.
In the Magistrate's Court, Mr. W. E. H. Ferguson, Police Magistrate, gave his reserved decision in the case in which Owen Maurice Williams and Mary Ellen Williams, of Samford, claimed £70 from Mrs. Annie Louisa Davis, of Morningslde, alleging the amount to be due in respect of the sale of two milk runs.
Mr. B. H. Matthews (instructed by Messrs. E. E. Quinian and Miller) appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr. L. Brown (instructed by Messrs. Leonard Power and Power) for the defendants. The defendant counter-claimed for £16 12s. for agistment and the price of a plough.
The Magistrate gave judgment for the plaintiffs for the amount claimed with £10 2s. costs. On the counter-claim also judgment was given for the plaintiffs in the original action.
