The Government emigrant ship, Queen of England, 1250 tons, Captain M. Nolon, sailed from Liverpool on March 18 for Sydney New South Wales, with 429 emigrants under the charge of surgeon-superintendent Ambrose Newbold.

Single females per QUEEN OF ENGLAND-
The UNMARRIED FEMALES by the above vessel, about 12 in number, can be HIRED on MONDAY next, the 18th instant, between the hours of one and four o'clock pm., at Hyde Park Barracks. They consist of general house servants, nursemaids, and needlewomen.
N.B.--In order to prevent, inconvenience the usual orders for admission into the hiring-room must be procured during office hours, on or before 12 o'clock on the day of hiring.
Persons not known at the Immigration Department applying for female servants will be required to produce letters of introduction from a clergyman or magistrate.
